Drug dealer convicted of manslaughter 6 years after N.J. overdose death

A 60-year-old drug dealer has been convicted of manslaughter for selling cocaine and fentanyl to a man who died of an overdose nearly six years ago.

William Anderson faces up to seven years in state prison at his sentencing scheduled for May 2, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Anderson was also recently charged by State Police with being one of seven people who operated a heroin mill in Pemberton.
