Eagles slip in NFLPA report card rankings despite Super Bowl-winning season

Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie needs to make some facility upgrades, according to the latest NFLPA players' survey and report card that was released Wednesday.AP

The NFLPA released its third annual players' survey and club report cards for all 32 NFL teams Wednesday morning and the Super Bowl champion Eagles were not No. 1. In fact, they slipped quite a bit.

A year ago, the Eagles ranked a surprising fourth despite a year-end collapse that included a first-round playoff exit. The report cards are based more on working conditions than the success of a team.
