I ate Taco Bell for 30 days straight. Here’s what I learned. And what I lost.

I love Taco Bell.

It’s easily my favorite fast-food establishment. You can keep your McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Shake Shack. As long as I have Cheesy Gordita Crunches and Crunchwrap Supremes, I’m a happy man.
