The 2009 project was proposed to address sinkholes and collapses in the Huff Mine which a project description said was in the vicinity of Exit 34 in the Wharton area of Morris County.

"A line of showers producing heavy rain and embedded strong wind gusts will move north into southern portions extreme southeast New Jersey through around 8 pm. Thunderstorms may develop and would be capable of wind gusts up to 50 mph that could bring down a few trees and power lines, leading to isolated power outages. Heavy rain may lead to areas of poor drainage flooding as well," says the weather service.

The person, who was not identified, was hit at the Elizabeth station at 5:31 p.m. by a North Jersey Coast Line train on its way from New York Penn Station to Bay Head, an NJ Transit spokesperson said.

The decision, which was handed down Wednesday — again — just hours before the start of the tournament means Knox, in pursuit a fourth state championship, will wrestle at Boardwalk Hall.
