Two appeals judges declined to grant a new sentence for John Denofa, the Pennsylvania man who dumped a stripper off a bridge into New Jersey in March 2000.
Denofa, 60, is serving a life term for the murder of Rachel Siani. Authorities found her dead on a secluded piece of land under a New Jersey Turnpike bridge in Burlington County.
