New Jersey homes were among the fastest-selling in the nation, according to the latest Realtor.com data.
At a median of 58 days, New Jersey came in third behind Rhode Island and Maryland for how fast homes sold.
Montana, Vermont and Alaska had the slowest-selling homes nationwide.
According to a recent Redfin report, potential homebuyers are holding off on purchasing a home due to high home values.
In the report, Joe Paolazzi, a Redfin agent based in Pittsburgh, said, “Homeowners have been holding off, waiting for mortgage rates to go down or market conditions to improve.”
