The biggest event in Hollywood takes place tonight, March 2nd. It’s the 97th Academy Awards!

If you’re watching all of the biggest and brightest stars take to the Oscars red carpet, chances are you’re wondering what they’ll leave the Dolby Theatre with, besides that coveted golden statue.

The Oscars gift bag is one of the most talked about items of the night. There are luxury vacations, along with gifts from companies like John Boos, Ancestry DNA, Helight, and Miage Skin. There are some budget-friendly items, including a $5 bag of Tru Fru.

This year’s gift bag is valued at over $200,000. This is a nearly $100K increase from just two years ago. In 2023, the bags were estimated to cost around $126,000, while this year they are estimated at $217,000.

An LA-based company, Distinctive Assets, offers over-the-top luxurious gift bags, known as “Everyone Wins” bags, to all of the Oscar nominees in the acting and directing categories each year, plus the host of the show.

The company is not affiliated with the Academy Awards, but has provided these eccentric gift bags for the last 23 years. They also provide gift bags for nominees at the Grammys.

When asked why give such expensive gifts to some of Hollywood’s biggest names, Distinctive Assets founder Lash Fary said, “The need is really that these brands, many of them are small businesses, female-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, these brands can really benefit from the stardust that these nominees sprinkle on the product.”

What’s in the Oscars Gift Bag in 2025?

You don’t need to be nominated for an Oscar to get some of the items on this list. The gift bag features a number of physical products, as well as luxury vacations. There are over 60 featured sponsors that provided gifts for this year’s bag.

According to BuzzFeed, all of the luxury vacations are never redeemed. It is reported that typically, if any of the vacations are taken, it is only ever just one.

The disaster recovery support company, Bright Harbor, is “providing nominees with $3,500 in disaster recovery services and awarding them each 10 more vouchers to share with those in need,” according to Business Insider.
