Home values in New Jersey may increase this spring, according to Zillow’s latest real estate forecast.

An analysis of over 500 ZIP codes in the state showed that most will see home values increase by less than 3% in April. Bridgeport, a part of Logan Township in Gloucester County, will see home values increase by 2.60%.

Meanwhile, home values in 82 ZIP codes are expected to decrease by spring. ZIP code 08102 in the City of Camden will see the most significant decrease at 1.70%.

According to a recent Zillow report, home values will see slower growth in 2025 nationwide.

A note about the data: Zillow excluded some ZIP codes because it did not have enough data to project home values for them.
